MIC 2nd Floor Computer Lab

The MIC Computer Lab is staffed the majority of the hours the library is open (library hours).

The lab monitors should be able to help you:
Answer Basic Microsoft Office Application Questions
E-mail a file
Open files
Save a file to a disk
Find files
Transfer files
Download programs
Remove pop-up blockers

Lab Monitors are responsbile for:
Replacing the toner cartridges
Replacing defective equipment (mouse or keyboard)
Fix a jam in any of the printers
Loading paper into the printers
Report computer problems to the Help Desk
