Weekly Updates 2/12/12 - 2/20/12
Presidents' Day Holiday 
The library will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, February 17th. We will be closed on Saturday, February 18th. We will be open from 12 - 5 p.m. on Sunday, February 19th. Students to not have to work that Sunday. I already have two Library Aides and one Lab Monitor working that day. We will be open on Monday, February 20th from 2 p.m. - midnight. You have to work your hours that day. If you need the time off, please fill out the planned absence form.
Payroll
The last day of payroll is Friday, February 17th, since we are closed on Saturday. Please submit your payroll on the last day you work this week. Payroll must be submitted before noon on Monday, February 20th, or you will not be able to access it.
Shelf-Reading Next Week 2/20
Shelf-reading will be optional next week 2/20 - 2/24. If you want to work the hour, you will be given a project instead of shelf-reading.
